At M.I.L.A., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
